Course Overview
Designing Effective Organizations offers an introduction to the practice of strategic organizational design. You will learn theory and practical frameworks to build your own toolkit to lead or support new organizational design efforts through all its phases : Assessing the need for new structure and practices, diagnosing the current system, imagining new possibilities, and constructing the scaffolding for change.
