One-on-One Corporate and Executive Coaching

ELOC is designed to support senior leaders in their ongoing professional development by offering a variety of approaches for individual learning and growth, including options for you to work one-on-one with an experienced organizational and leadership coach.

All of our ELOC Coaches are well-versed in our Coaching Methodology, aligned with our LOC curriculum. If you work with one of our certified ELOC Coach Educators you will have private coaching with a partner who has deep knowledge and expertise in our ELOC coaching curriculum.

Coaching for Learning & Organizational Change

After taking one of our classes, you might like to work one-on-one with the instructor or one of our ELOC Coaches to continue your learning. Coaching packages are available in 3-, 6- or 12-session packages.

Meetings with your coach typically will occur via video conference. You and your coach may choose an alternative meeting arrangement and times that work with your schedules.

Coaching for Coach Development

To choose coaching as a profession means making a commitment to lifelong learning as a reflective coach practitioner. Many professional coaches work with experienced peers and coach supervisors to sharpen their skills, discuss coaching challenges, and engage in reflective dialogue aimed at helping them be the best coaches they can be for their clients. We encourage you to partner with an ELOC Coach Educator, who can work with you to create an Individual Learning Plan that maps your customized learning journey and accelerate your growth and development as a coach.
