Workshop Overview

In this session, we will explore how to promote a culture of learning in your organization, analyzing how exemplars in organizations have done just that. If you are trying to support your organization in meeting strategic business goals, how best can you make the case for learning and development? How can you help shift mindsets related to learning? What are structured approaches to address strategic business needs while also developing talent in your organization? Case studies of organizations that support learning will be shared along with key lessons and frameworks.

The Promoting a Culture of Learning in Your Organization workshop will consist of the following elements:

  • Defining cultures of learning in organizations
  • Orientation to frameworks for promoting learning cultures in teams and organizations
  • Case studies of leaders and organizations who are succeeding in promoting learning cultures
  • Facilitated discussion about putting lessons and frameworks into practice as leaders

The workshop will give you a taste of our two unique graduate and executive education change and design paths and curriculum that we can bring to you, your team, or your whole organization.
