If you are trying to support your organization in meeting strategic business goals, how best can you make the case for learning and development? How can you help shift mindsets related to learning? What are structured approaches to address strategic business needs while also developing talent in your organization? Case studies of organizations that support learning will be shared along with key lessons and frameworks.
